This morning Nina showed us a way you could clear your mind. She used meditation. A soundtrack that played sounds of nature was in the background while Nina focused on clearing her mind.Here is 5 ways you could clear your mind.
5 ways to calm your mind: 1.You can listen to nature music 2.You can look at photos 3.You can pray about the the sad things 4.You can talk to your Whanau 5.You go to your room,and just sit there.
It is good to clear your mind because if you are having a bad time,you should always meditate your mind.You do not want to go over board and hit your whanau or friends,that is why when you are having a bad time just clear your mind.
