Today my friend Zoe and Hannah,we are doing the Taha Challenge.We have to do a tree pose and put your right leg on your left knee.We all worked together,it took us more than 3 tries to get it right because our left knee was getting sore.But we manged to get it on the 5th or 4th try,we would like to say have a try at this and make a video of you doing the Taha challenge,and also tag us in it.
