This is just a message to all of you out there reading this. Being depressed isn't good, it dosen't help you get out of the house, it dosen't make you do any of these or it wont make you happy at all. You will stay depressed for your life time if you do not Pray, Read the bible or sing some songs. If you are ever depressed or sad, just jump onto my blog and read this message, and I reckon this little message will help you.

After this mornings Loto/Prayer,Miss Tele'a asked why we do the Karakia,Mihi and Himene.
Why we do it is because,we are trying not to be shy and we are trying to be confident speaking infront of a large audiance.
We need to Connect to our Atua,with greater power sources.
Build up our confidence to speak and represent ourselves and whanau.
Know who we are and where we come from.
Its is also very very good to pray to God,about if your having a mental break down or you've lost someone in your family or one of yous close Bestfriends or Friends.
-You should always pray to God because he can help you with your had times and good times,and he will just help and forgive you if you pray to him every morning and night.
